THE LEADERSHIP GAP

Organizations rarely need more leadership information.

They need leaders who can turn insight into behavior—especially when teams are under pressure, performance matters, and change is already underway.

01

Managers were promoted for expertise—not prepared to lead people.

Strong individual performance does not automatically create confidence in coaching, delegation, feedback, or conflict.

02

Senior leaders remain pulled into issues that should be resolved below.

When managers lack confidence or authority, senior capacity gets consumed by avoidable escalation.

03

Communication and accountability vary from team to team.

Inconsistent leadership creates mixed messages, uneven employee experiences, and preventable friction.

04

Change keeps moving—but managers are not equipped to carry it.

Managers need practical ways to build trust, address resistance, and translate change into everyday action.

INSIGHT BEFORE INSTRUCTION

Development begins with a clearer view of the leader.

Assessments are not treated as labels or stand-alone reports. They uncover strengths, blind spots, emotional patterns, and team dynamics—then connect that insight directly to the way participants lead.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What leadership sponsors often want to know.

Is this a DISC program?+

No. DISC-based insight is one part of the assessment foundation. The program develops practical capability across communication, coaching, conflict, accountability, performance, emotional intelligence, and change leadership.

How do the six-month, twelve-month, and multi-year options differ?+

The six-month program is a focused cohort journey. The twelve-month academy adds greater coaching depth, executive sponsorship, action learning, senior-leader forums, a capstone, and expanded measurement. Years Two and Three build progressively deeper team, change, strategic, and enterprise leadership capability.

Does an organization have to commit to all three years?+

No. Each year is designed to deliver complete value on its own. Organizations may commission Year One and then decide whether continued development supports their leadership strategy.

Can the program be customized?+

Yes. The architecture provides a disciplined core, while scenarios, tools, application challenges, delivery format, organizational language, and success measures are tailored to the client.

Who is the program designed for?+

The core journey is designed for emerging and mid-level people leaders, including supervisors, managers, directors, and high-potential leaders preparing for greater responsibility. Senior-leader and intact-team pathways can also be designed.

What happens between the main sessions?+

Participants complete Leadership Fieldwork, join facilitated Application Forums, use practical Field Notes, and work with a peer Navigation Partner to maintain accountability and apply new behaviors.

Can this support leaders responsible for major change?+

Yes. Leading people through change is a defining part of the program and a Change Navigators differentiator. The journey can be aligned to an active transformation when leaders need immediate application.
